Help! Bingeing at work!

I am sitting here at the office alone all day and there is so much junk food floating around!
Jelly beans, cakes, biscuits
I am so bored and I know that I'm experiencing head hunger but once I think about how delicious that cake is I can't stop thinking about it!
I have been so good all week...and I am going to workout hard tonight. But it's so tempting to cheat just this once! :S

Don't do it! You will have to work harder at the gym! I lurve Body Combat - it's my fave. I also love zumba and spin, but wish that I had Body Jam here (is that the dance one?) cos I lurve to dance.

I hate when we speak of cheating. This is self defeating talk. If you want a treat I mean really truly want it, then have a piece or a bite. Work harder at the gym that day, and you will never even see it as a blip on the radar.

When we deprive ourselves of things that are tasty and good completely, we set ourselves up for failure.

I am not talking about a binge,where you eat everything in site, or the whole bag of M&M's of course.
